Just as Lin Feng was preparing to trade more supplies for his upgrade, Qin An’s avatar suddenly flickered.

Qin An: “Feng, where did you get so many medicines to trade? Isn’t that a bit reckless?”

Lin Feng: “Eh? How did you know? I was just about to list them. Are you a prophet?”

Qin An: “Nonsense, don’t you know your name is now famous in the Chat Room? A lot of people are waiting to snatch up the drugs you’re selling. I happened to see people discussing you the other day and got a bit of an understanding.”

Lin Feng: “Is that so? Do you need any medicinal support?”

Qin An: “………….”

Lin Feng warned the Little Velociraptor who seemed quite interested in the foam box.

The Little Velociraptor let out a confused call but obediently retreated. Since it wasn’t allowed to touch the foam box, it decided to go play with water instead!

The Little Velociraptor cheerfully approached the pond to take a look.

“Gurgle gurgle gurgle…..”

“Sigh, this little guy, he’s not going through a rebellious phase, is he? Making so many small movements.”

Lin Feng noticed that the Little Velociraptor had become increasingly active recently.

“What are you doing?”

Lin Feng yanked the Little Velociraptor’s head out of the water, glanced at the pond, then back at the Little Velociraptor.

“Maybe we should have grilled fish today.”

“You keep playing.”

“Roar!”

The Little Velociraptor let out a cheerful call, then dove back into the pond, resuming its gurgling fun.

“Sigh, you little rascal.”

Lin Feng shook his head helplessly. Fortunately, the pond water refreshed automatically, always clean.

Lin Feng processed the two fish a bit, then rinsed them in the pond.

He then skewered them on a stick and set them beside the fireplace.

Twenty minutes later, the grilled fish emitted a delicious aroma.

The Little Velociraptor, not picky at all, happily chewed on the two fish heads, wagging its tail and cleaning them up bit by bit.

Lin Feng also found some scraps of raw meat to throw to it.

After gorging on approximately five kilograms of meat, Little Velociraptor finally felt satiated.

In the present scenario, food for Lin Feng was plentiful, but there wasn’t much for Little Velociraptor to eat. Half of the goat meat was already consumed.

“I hope the next floor brings me to a place teeming with animals,” Lin Feng casually tossed the stick used to roast fish into the fireplace.

As he spoke, the Luck Ring on his finger sparkled faintly — a detail that went unnoticed by Lin Feng.

After having a hearty meal, it was time to continue with his training. According to his personal panel, exercise proved to be very beneficial.

Despite his initial fitness level being below average, he had managed to improve significantly through regular workouts and the aid of fitness elixirs.

Seeing Lin Feng perform his strange exercises, Little Velociraptor decided not to bother him and comfortably settled down beside the pool, seemingly considering the poolside as its nest.

After a while, Lin Feng went to sleep.

The next day, while Lin Feng was still deep in sleep, his system suddenly issued a notification.

“Ding! The Host will soon enter the Savanna Floor. This floor has a low danger level for the Host, so there’s no need to worry. The floor is home to a variety of wild animals and a tribe of Natives. Note: Natives are hostile to all outsiders entering the Savanna.”

“Wow, a floor teeming with animals? How lucky am I!” Lin Feng instinctively glanced at the Luck Ring he was wearing. Could this stroke of luck be attributed to the ring? He decided to test this at the earliest opportunity.

As for the Natives, they likely posed little threat. If encountered, he would eliminate them.

After double-checking the weapons he was carrying, Lin Feng stepped out.

Exiting the elevator, he was greeted by waves of heat. The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the elevator made him sneeze involuntarily.

Not too far from Lin Feng, he spotted a herd of Wild Buffaloes drinking water.

“Wow, so many Buffaloes, I’m going to be rich!”

“Little Velociraptor, sneak up on them. When I fire, you jump out and catch as many as you can!”

“Roar!”

Little Velociraptor nodded its head and stealthily hid in the grass.

As Little Velociraptor was carefully advancing, it suddenly sensed something ahead. A scrawny lion was hiding in the grass, its eyes locked onto the herd of drinking Buffaloes. It was looking for the weak ones in the herd, but the young and old Buffaloes were well-protected by the stronger ones.

The lion had been waiting for an opportunity to strike, but all its attention was on the Buffaloes, completely unaware that a far more terrifying Velociraptor was behind it.

“Roar!”

With a low growl from Little Velociraptor, its sharp teeth instantly hooked into the lion’s skin. The lion tried to turn around to retaliate, but a slight exertion of force from Little Velociraptor caused the lion’s throat to rupture.

It quickly lost its ability to resist, turning into a lifeless corpse.
